This feature is available in pro acco. They cannot exceed 1mb. You can customize your zoom waiting room by adding your picture a company logo a title and a descriptio. The zoom waiting room is a great security feature.

Use this tutorial to enable waiting rooms and customize a message to appear for those that join the meeting room. The description is limited to 400 characters. Logos can be in gif jpg or png format. Click the edit icon pencil next to customize the title logo and description the customize the waiting room options window will open.
